Refund & Returns Policy – Glowexia Red Light Therapy Devices

At Glowexia, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us first — our support team will always do their best to help.

Because our devices are personal-use skincare and wellness products, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.


30-Day Limited Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is:

  • unused

  • in brand-new condition

  • in original packaging

  • includes all accessories & manuals

Once a device has been worn, used, tested, or comes into contact with skin, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene protection and consumer safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened or used devices

  • products showing wear, makeup, residue, or skin oils

  • items missing packaging or accessories

  • free gifts or bundle items

This policy is standard for wearable light therapy and wellness devices.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us at support@glowexia.com

  2. Include your order number + photos or video of the issue

If verified defective, we will provide:

  • a replacement device
    or

  • a repair / parts replacement

No restocking fee applies in verified defect cases.


Change-of-Mind Returns

If a return is approved for reasons other than defect:

  • customer pays return shipping

  • a 10% restocking fee applies

  • refund is issued once inspected & approved

We do not reimburse original shipping costs.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is fulfilled or in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


Warranty Coverage

Glowexia devices include a 12-month limited warranty covering:

  • electrical faults

  • LED malfunction

  • manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • wear & tear

  • accidental damage

  • misuse or modification

  • water exposure

  • cosmetic scratches

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • discounted / promotional items

  • bundle deals

  • opened accessories

  • replacement parts
