Glowexia Shipping Policy

We ship Glowexia devices worldwide and work hard to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partners as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days on average

Processing time includes:

  • order verification

  • quality check

  • packaging

  • fulfillment hand-off

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs, courier volume, or regional delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • your tracking number

  • a tracking link to follow your package

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.


Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is on pre-order:

  • it will be clearly labeled at checkout

  • shipping will begin once inventory is restocked

We will notify you by email with updates.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to:

  • VAT / GST

  • customs inspection

  • import duties or handling fees

These charges (if applied) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s border agency.

Glowexia does not control or collect these fees.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is:

  • complete

  • accurate

  • includes unit / apartment numbers

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • refusal of delivery

  • packages unclaimed or returned to sender

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated:

  1. Contact us at support@glowexia.com

  2. Include your order number and tracking link

We will:

  • contact the carrier on your behalf

  • investigate the shipment

  • provide next-step resolution

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement.


Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • photos of the packaging

  • photos of the product

  • your order number

We will arrange a repair or replacement depending on the issue.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipping begins.

Once an order is fulfilled or in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
