Glowexia Warranty Policy

Glowexia devices are engineered to be durable, reliable, and long-lasting skincare and wellness tools. Every device is backed by our 12-Month Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects — not wear-and-tear or misuse.

What the Warranty Covers

The Glowexia 12-Month Limited Warranty applies to:

  • LED light failure or malfunction

  • electrical or power-related faults

  • internal component defects

  • manufacturing defects in materials or assembly

If a covered fault is verified, we will provide:

  • a repair, or

  • a replacement device (same or equivalent model)

at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • normal wear & tear

  • accidental damage or drops

  • bending, tearing, or heat exposure

  • water or liquid damage

  • improper use or modifications

  • cosmetic scratches or marks

  • damage from non-approved adapters or chargers

Devices showing signs of misuse, tampering, or disassembly are not eligible.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

Because Glowexia devices are personal-use skincare products:

We do not provide replacements or exchanges for:

  • used or worn devices

  • cosmetic dissatisfaction

  • subjective results or expectations

This policy ensures customer safety and medical-grade hygiene standards.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

Please include:

  • full name

  • order number

  • photos or video of the issue

  • a brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your case within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange:

  • repair, or

  • replacement shipment

Replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.

Shipping Responsibility

For approved warranty claims:

  • Glowexia covers replacement shipping on verified defects

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs in non-defect cases

We do not reimburse return shipping unless required under consumer law.

Third-Party Purchases

Warranty applies only to:

  • devices purchased directly from Glowexia

  • authorized retail partners

Purchases from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not eligible.

Limitation of Liability

Glowexia is not liable for:

  • incidental or consequential damages

  • cosmetic dissatisfaction or perceived results

  • medical outcomes or skin response variability

Light therapy results may vary by individual skin type and use consistency.
